Service Description

Coapper is a cloud-based software service (SaaS) that enables users to:

Create digital apps and web interfaces
Manage user accounts and permissions
Use built-in admin systems
Access internal communication and data management features
Use automated or semi-automated app generation processes

The service is under continuous development, so features may change over time.

Formation of Contract

The contract is formed upon user registration and the start of using the service.

The user declares that they:

Are of legal capacity
Provided real data
Accepts these Terms

User Account and Security

The user is obliged to:

Provide real, accurate and up-to-date data
Keep login credentials confidential
Not attempt unauthorized access
Take full responsibility for their account

The provider is entitled to:

Suspend accounts for security reasons
Investigate suspicious activities
Delete unauthorized accounts

Subscription, Fees and Payment

Coapper may include paid and free plans
Subscription fees are displayed on the website
Fees may be changed unilaterally with prior notice
Payment may be monthly or annual
Non-payment may result in service limitation or termination

Refunds

Not automatic for digital services by default
May be granted on a case-by-case basis

Service Availability

The provider strives for continuous availability but does not guarantee:

Error-free operation

Uninterrupted service

The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance.

Prohibited Use

Attempting to hack or bypass the system
Launching automated attacks
Spam, harassment or abuse
Unauthorized data collection
Using the service against its intended purpose
Infringing other users' rights

Content and User Data

The user is responsible for all content they upload.

The provider is entitled to:

Remove infringing content
Temporarily or permanently restrict content
Apply automated and manual moderation

The user ensures that the content they upload:

Does not infringe third-party rights
Is not unlawful

Intellectual Property

The entire DEXRONIC and Coapper system, including:

Source code
Design
Logic
UI/UX
Documentation

is the exclusive property of the provider.

Unauthorized copying, distribution or reverse engineering is prohibited.

Data Protection

Using the service involves processing personal data. Detailed rules are in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The provider is not liable for:

Business losses
Indirect or consequential damages
